Weddings and Events By Nishaka Brides receive detailed personalized monthly to do list, vendor recommendations based on relationships she has established, budget spreadsheet, payment schedules, ongoing communication with the venue and all vendors providing a service for you special day!  She will know which vendors can best help achieve the “vision.” This is crucial. Not knowing the vendors could slow down the planning process. She is able to review your overall budget and provide insight on how best to allocate those funds. Full Service Production also includes complete creative design and styling with in depth design meetings to create your vision. As it relates to contracts, she knows what should be included in each contract and she is able to ensure what vendors should provide in all aspects of the contract. 

During the Final Prep and Execution stage, Nishaka and her Amazing team are putting all of the planning and design decisions into action. They are putting the final touches on the plan while paying close attention to the details. She meets with all the vendors to ensure they understand the production schedule and event timeline. She will review the final details and review all final payments have been received. She is also gathering all the items needed for day of activities. She and her team are facilitating the rehearsal, her Production Manager is managing all vendor arrivals and set-up procedures to ensure all execution plans per the design plans are created for your special day.

On your wedding day, the Bride, Groom and Wedding Party will have unlimited access to Nishaka and her Team. The day will be executed seamlessly. As the Lead, Nishaka will oversee the details and execution, serve as the Attendant to her Bride, Groom, Wedding Party and Immediate Family. Our Team will focus on the production execution, venue and vendor needs, guests' experience, and overall management of your special day!

How fun would be it be travel to a unique location domestically or internationally to host your special day! I remember growing up as a military child {Army Brat} how exciting it was traveling to unique destinations, seeing new things, and enjoying new experiences. I had the most wonderful and unique experience of living in Aschaffenburg, Germany for 4 years of my life and traveling to Paris for my 13th Birthday. I knew then that I would always enjoy new places and new things!

-One additional staff may be required to attend and assist {based on each event}

· Floral Designer , DJ/Entertainment , Photography , etc.

Daily Stipend/Per Diem rates will apply based on the location.

Ground Transportation/Rental Car is required for travel purposes for distances that require airfare.

Airfare is required for distances beyond 5 hours.

Hotel Accommodations must be covered by Client at the Host Hotel.
