In June 2013, I had a hunch my boyfriend Jaron was going to ask me to be his wife.  So, of course I did what any woman would do and I went straight to the computer and Googled: “Wedding Ideas!”

What I should have done was searched for: “The Best Wedding Planner in Greensboro!”

That would have brought me to Nishaka Proctor and Events by Nishaka.

At first, I was determined to plan my 300-guest wedding by myself with the help of friends.  But, the sheer size of our guest list and my lack of design detail overwhelmed me.  Friends didn’t come through and soon the people who promised to help were nowhere to be found.

Best of all; on our wedding day all we had to do was get married.  Nishaka and her team took care of everything and the day was flawless!

Our wedding remains the most-talked about and admired event our family and friends have attended to date.

The love, attention, time, and care Nishaka put into our breathtaking wedding was paramount and unlike any other.  The day was spectacular and I will definitely be calling her for our five year anniversary or our future child’s first birthday – whichever comes first.
