Often times when we think of wellness, people may envision themselves having to find the time to escape their current location and take a vacation where they are separated from the rest of the world. Although these types of excursions are needed in life and can leave you feeling recharged and ready to tackle the world, it isn’t ideal when you think about the busy life of a bride. Not only are you planning for your magical day, but you maybe running a business or working on a major project. You may not have the time to escape for days at a time. Even though we are experiencing an unprecedented rate of wedding date changes in our industry due to the current day pandemic, how we show up even in this moment matters. With this said, your wellness is important, in preparation for your big day that will change the rest of your life. Wellness can still be part of your daily regimen. It is how you wake up each morning and decide to live your life in the present moment. Take a moment to “Create Space” for your Soul. A moment to breathe, reset, rest, and restore. Journal and even list the things that bring you joy and appreciation. Allow yourself to laugh and smile at the sweetest and funniest things. On the other side of this time of reflection are new beginnings and rapid manifestations of your greatest desires!
